Luxury 5 Star Self Catering Accommodation In Lynton, Lynmouth & Westward Ho. Spacious & Well Equiped

The standard of accommodation in our properties is extremely high. They are regularly refurbished to maintain the quality of your experience. We pride ourselves on fitting them out with creature comforts which at least match those of your own home. Each property is unique and offers something for all tastes. But more importantly, they are all spacious. In addition to the listed number of main beds, we provide a travel cot in each property. For larger groups wishing to holiday together, Castle Heights and The Smithy are across the road from each other and Holly’s Haven is half a mile away. We also have two identical apartments at Nautilus, which may be booked together, giving flexibility for two or more families (remember to book early if you require more than one property!) North Devon is one of the few remaining unspoilt parts of the UK. There is something for everyone, from walking, fishing, touring the quaint Exmoor villages, surfing, adventure parks for children or just relaxing on a golden beach.

Each of our properties has the following items as standard: Flat screen TV, DVD / video, freeview digital TV, music centre including CD player and radio, a selection of CDs, DVDs, videos, family games, fiction books, books about the local area and an ordnance survey map of the local area, extensive tourist information, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, telephone (honesty box), travel cot, highchair or booster seat with tray, stairgates, sterilizer, baby listening monitor, toddler bedguard, full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer or washer-dryer, toaster, food processor. An initial stock of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, bin liners, toilet roll, kitchen roll, soap, tea, coffee and sugar is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels and tea towels (bed linen is not provided for the travel cots, as we find that most parents of young infants prefer to bring their own). Parking - where this is not available on site, a parking permit is provided between Easter and the end of October in Lynton and Lynmouth to give unrestricted on-street parking adjacent to the property. * Additional luxury items * Castle Heights, Nautilus and The Smithy have a basic Sky digital package. Castle Heights has a family room with an additional TV, DVD / video player, music system and a games console. Nautilus apartments have an additional TV in the master bedroom.

Rooms Description

There are currently four self catering Cottages provided by Devon Holidays. Castle Heights sleeps 4 with a master en-suite and a twin room. The Smithy sleeps 4 with a master bedroom & two singles. Holly's Haven sleeps 4 and has a master & twin bedroom. Finally Nautilus sleeps 4 also offering master and twin bedrooms.
