Set in 55 acres of stunning East Devon Countryside, Kiddicott Farm is situated to the East of the historic Roman Cathedral city of Exeter, only 10 minutes from Junction 30 off the M5, the A30 and very close to Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Sandy Park Conference Centre, the Met Office, surrounding Business Parks and Exeter Airport, and only twenty minutes away from Kiddicot. Head in the opposite direction and you'll find yourself on the coast, choose from Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. Topsham is a magnet for boating enthusiasts and bird watchers and also boasts many designer shops and an antiques emporium.

Our home is the perfect countryside retreat. Deer, badgers, fox and many native birds, including our resident families of buzzards, sparrow hawk and kestrel reside in our gardens. We have an elusive heron that often 'stakes out' our pond too. So come and take a break from hectic daily life and relax in our welcoming home.
