Barton house is located in a semi-rural setting, yet it is only minutes by car from Exmouth town centre and the beautiful village of Budleigh Salterton. Our guests find the peaceful location ensures a very good night sleep and we aim to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. There is parking available directly outside the property. There is a small adventure playground area on the farm close to the property which can be used by our guests children
