Idyllically situated on the western edge of Exmoor National Park, The Elms cottage in Combe Martin is a beautiful Victorian cottage with four bedrooms and a charming cottage garden. Original Victorian features include a roll top bath and the cottage is perfect for group and family gatherings, with family facilities including a stairgate. The raised terrace, around which children will need supervision, is ideal for alfresco dining and the cottage contains a beautiful conservatory.
Our spacious Victorian cottage accommodates eight guests and contains four bedrooms which include two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The beautifully presented bathroom has a roll top bath and a second bathroom sits on the half landing. In the fitted kitchen and dining room are all modern appliances from a dishwasher and microwave to an electric oven and fridge. Within the utility room is a washing machine, freezer and a tumble dryer.

Boasting on-site parking for four cars and nestling within walking distance of shops and services in Combe Martin centre, the cottage is perfectly placed for North Coast beaches and seaside attractions in Ilfracombe. The garden areas are exquisite, with attractive outdoor furniture provided. Short breaks are welcome in the cottage and changeover day for weekly bookings is Saturday. Fully inclusive are bedlinen, towels and central heating.
