Providing accommodation for up to fourteen people in Cheriton Fitzpaine, Homecroft Cottage is our stunning, feature-packed, family-friendly holiday property.
Traditionally furnished, Homecroft Cottage has exposed beams, interior stone walls and a country-style kitchen including an Aga stove and a selection of modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave and toaster. The property has a main lounge with seating and a woodburner, a TV room with a large flatscreen TV, a DVD player and a DVD and book library, and an additional lounge with a TV in the kitchen. Laundry facilities are provided in a utility room, and there's a games room with a pool table, bar, air hockey table and selection of over 40 board games. The cottage has five bedrooms, including two family rooms with a double bed and a single bed, a triple room, a single room and an en-suite super-king room. It also features one shower room and a large bathroom, and you'll find a futon for a further guest in the cellar.

Homecroft Cottage features a heated outdoor swimming pool, available for use during the summer months. It stands in extensive two-acre gardens that include a large enclosed yard with a swing seat, stone fire pit and BBQ and a walled herb garden complete with a goldfish pond. The gardens are lit at night, and are perfect for summer afternoons in the sun, and evening drinks under the stars. We keep geese and hens in a fenced area, and you're very welcome to take any eggs you find for your own use. A wireless internet connection is provided, as are parking facilities for up to six vehicles. By request, we're happy to provide a changing table, high chair and cot for guests travelling with a baby or toddler.
