    Barn Cottage is a pretty barn conversion in Sticklepath, Devon, and sleeps two people.There is one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as two folding beds available on request. The ground floor of the property is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside the property is a private patio and shared use of the owner's grounds, as well as off road parking for one car. With Dartmoor on the doorstep, Barn Cottage is a great holiday base.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two Z-beds available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio with furniture at front of cottage plus shared use of owner's garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.
