Channel View finished the final stages of an intensive refurbishment scheme in April 2006. Stunning sea views, comforatable walk to beach and coves, ample off road parking, dogs welcom (free of charge), less than 3 miles from Dartmouth, outside seating for guest to enjoy the wonderful air and views.

Guests can enjoy breakfast in one of the two dining rooms where guests can always be certain of a table to themselves or on the terrace, both of which offer stunning sea views, as does the guests garden. A fridge, freezer & microwave are provided in the guests dining room for convenience. Breakfast is usually served between the hours of 8:00am and 09:30am to suit you. We never stipulate a 'Âœtime slot' to our guests . We do also appreciate that you are on holiday and so, if you prefer, by prior arrangement, breakfast can occasionally be served earlier or later to accommodate your holiday requirements.
