The Seagate Hotel is a 17th century free house in the village of Appledore, North Devon. The hotel incorporates its own Two Rivers Restaurant, where we serve locally caught fish and other locally caught produce, and public bar. Appledore, a fishing village at the mouth of the Torridge Estuary is unique in that time has not changed its character, with gaily painted Houses and narrow winding streets.

Our reception area is an ideal place to sit in a comfortable armchair to have a leisurely cup of coffee. The friendly staff are always ready to help. The Two Rivers restaurant serves local fish and our speciality Taste of the East Thai and Chinese food. Roast lunches are served on Sundays and vegetarians are catered for.
