This small and select group of self catering cottages are set in landscaped grounds on the Devon/Somerset border. The local village of Holcombe Rogus is just a mile away and has a shop, a friendly pub and a host of excellent restaurants. A tree lined country lane separates the cottages from the Grand Western Union Canal and Country Park where you can enjoy a delightful towpath walk or cycle ride, abundant fishing, boat hire or a relaxing lunch in a canalside pub.

The cottages are just 10 minutes' drive from the M5 '` perfect for short breaks to explore Exmoor, Dartmoor, and north and south beaches. The county town of Taunton, with its shops, bistros and nightlife, is 10 miles away.

Rooms Description

Our comfortable cottages sleep between four and six people in twin and double rooms. Each is equipped with colour TV/DVD, payphone and kitchen including microwave, freezer and washer/dryer. There is a bath and shower in each and bed linen, duvets and towels are provided. There is a barbecue and verandah with outdoor furniture where you can relax and soak up the views of the lovely Devon countryside.

Some lodges are equipped with wet rooms and are suitable for guests with limited mobility, please enquire when booking. Travel cots and highchairs are available for hire and pets are welcome in some of the lodges for a small weekly fee.
