The complex is superbly located just 4 miles from the historical coastal town of Lyme Regis and close to Charmouth. There is an equestrian centre on site including indoor menage , associated tack rooms and 4 internal loose boxes, concrete stable yard with 11 timber loose boxes and outdoor all-weather arena.

The complex lies within an area designated as being of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the nearby Dorset coastline now has World Heritage Status due to the fossils that can be found in the area. The nearest public house is just one and a half miles away and a post office and shop can be found in the nearby hamlet of Raymond's Hill. The property has easy access onto the A35 to explore the picturesque East Devon and Dorset coastline with such coastal resorts of Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Weymouth being close by.
