Grade II Listed Coach House B&B, Lovely Ensuites With Fantastic Views, Cafe & Fishing Lakes, Exeter.

Woodleigh Coach House is a unique grade II listed building offering luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation situated in Cheriton Bishop, close to Dartmoor. The property was originally built by a London Brewer in the late nineteenth century and was used as a storage and distribution facility for beer in the local area. We are conveniently located just off the main A30 dual carriageway and have excellent links to the many attractions of the West Country, including Exeter, Okehampton, Dartmoor National Park and Cornwall.

We have a cafe situated in the east wing of the Coach House where guests will find a large terrace overlooking the beautiful surrounding countryside. We serve a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee including cappuccino or latte and of course scones with fresh clotted cream! Our menu offers a range of quality freshly prepared foods using prime ingredients. We try wherever possible to source our food from the West Country and local suppliers. Evening Meals are also available on request.

Rooms Description

All accommodation is located in the building's West Wing, on the first and second floors. All rooms have been extensively refurbished and have full en-suite facilities, colour telelvision and tea and coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms have spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.

Specialities

Along with all the beautiful scenery and fascinating architecture, there are plenty of activities like Golf and Horse Riding nearby and countless places to spend the day fishing! We even have extremely well stocked Carp fishing ponds right next door for only £3 a day. Also take a look at our Fly Fishing Package.
