Charlecott Lodge is a grade II listed building built in 1840 to house executives who were planning the forthcoming railway. The town has a range of facilities including swimming pool, park, shops, pubs and banks. The lodge welcomes walkers and cyclists and is well placed for access to Dartmoor and the new Cycle Route 27.

Directions
Take the 1st Okehampton exit from the A30(westbound) and proceed into the town centre. At the traffic lights in the town centre, turn between the White Hart Hotel and Nat West Bank into George Street. Take 3rd right into Station Road (signposted Okehampton Camp) and Charlecott Lodge is 250 metres up on right hand side.
