Pebblebed House is located in the heart of the historic old port town of Topsham near Exeter in Devon. The house looks out over the River Exe and was once a riverside warehouse. The town, well known for its seafaring history, is developing a reputation as a centre for excellent local food and drink. The town has wonderful specialist food shops in addition to a range of restaurants and pubs serving the best in local produce. The town also offers a variety of amenities including a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a recreational ground with children's playground.

The house itself sleeps up to eight people and is absolutely charming and beautiful. The house has a wonderful 'beachy' feel that is at once distinctive and wholly casual and relaxing. The house was converted from a warehouse at the turn of the century and retains an open feel with wood boards through most rooms. The lounge/dining room has good views of the estuary and the sofa and chairs are gathered around the wood burning stove to create a cosy feel. The kitchen is well equipped with all you are likely to need and is nicely finished with slate work surfaces.
