Pebblebed House is located in the heart of the historic old port town of Topsham near Exeter in Devon. The holiday house looks out on the River Exe and is close to the old town Quay and Trout's Boatyard. Once a riverside warehouse converted at the turn of the century into a comfortable and atmospheric residence, Pebblebed House is also the home of the Pebblebed Wine Cellar. The house is under the same ownership as Pebblebed Vineyard, located just outside Topsham. A complimentary vineyard tour and tasting is offered as part of your stay
Pebblebed House is absolutely charming and beautiful in an informal yet stylish way. Reflecting artist and designer Anna Bowen's unique style and vision, the house has a wonderful 'beachy' feel that is at once distinctive and wholly casual and relaxing. There are lots of individual features and personally collected as well as handmade objects - from driftwood to dreamboats - that add to the unique and calming atmosphere of the house.
