Home From Home Self Catering Accommodation Sleeping Six People In Between Paignton And Brixham
Grange Road is a modern home offering self catering holiday accommodation for up to six people just five minutes walk away from Goodrington Beach, in between Paignton and Brixham. The coastal footpath at the beach affords an easy walk to each resort. There are a wide range of amenities available in the local area including Quay West Water Park, Torbay Leisure Centre and Goodrington Railway Station where you can embark on a steam train ride to Dartmouth. A nine hole Pitch and Putt Golf Course with Driving Range is only a few minutes walk from the house, as are local shops and a pub which offers excellent pub food. Torquay, with it's pavement cafes and nightlife, is just 4 miles away. Other ;ocal attractions include Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, and Kents Cavern.
The house is well equipped and has a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a gas hob, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and toaster. The back door leading from the kitchen leads to a south facing rear garden where guests will find patio furniture for those al fresco meals. The family bathroom with a fully-fitted white bathroom suite is located on the ground floor.

Directions
M5 to Exeter take the A380 following the signs to Torquay, continuing along the A380 turn right at the English Riviera roundabout, following the Ring Road towards Brixham. After approx 6 miles you will come to a set of traffic lights with a garage on your left. Turn immediately left into Goodrington Road. Continue on Goodrington Road to the bottom of the hill, at the church turn left into Grange Road. Number 5 is on your left.
