Thirty is an intimate and stylish bed and breakfast apartment in the beautiful fishing port of Brixham. Guests have their own private access via steps alongside the main house leading to a secluded one (double) bedroom apartment where you are the only residents. The apartment is just a ten minute walk away from the town and harbour yet is far enough away to escape from the crowds and avoid parking problems. Brixham is an idyllic town with narrow winding streets and colourful fisherman's cottages. There are a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars throughout the town and along the waterside - prefect for relaxing in and watching life go by.

Breakfast is served in your own sitting/dining room where you can relax and make yourself at home. The Sitting room has a widescreen television with full Sky package, DVD player, various DVDs and board games. In the hallway there is a fridge with icebox, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a large corner bath with shower and we supply good quality thick fluffy cotton towels and complimentary toiletries.

Rooms Description

The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with top quality linen, a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. We also provide a luxury Graco travel cot to accommodate from newborn to approximately 18 months. We supply a Tomy Walkabout baby alarm and a Mammas and Pappas highchair.

Specialities

Because we only have one double letting room you are assured of personal attention at all times. There is a sunny decked Patio for your own private use. For guests with a baby we provide a Graco Contour Electra Travel Cot which has a raised bassinet for a newborn up to 7 kilo`s which has a vibrating mattress if required. It also includes a removable changing table and an optional soft toy bar, night light and music centre. We provide a high chair and baby alarm. Children over 18 months who are too large for the travel cot can be accommodated on a Jaybe fold out bed either in the parents bedroom or in the Sitting room. PLEASE NOTE.. we can only take two adults and ONE child at the same time as there is not the space for both the cot and the fold out bed.
