A well equipped and modern bungalow enjoying superb views over the North Devon coast village of Welcombe. Welcombe is the ideal touring centre for both Cornwall and Devon, making this the ideal base for enjoying spectacular coastal walks or exploring sandy bays, smuggler's coves, rocky pools and cliffs. Much of the surrounding countryside is under the control of the National Trust, and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are many beauty spots to be found in the nearby area including villages such as Hartland and Clovelly.

The bungalow is comfortable and well equipped and in the lounge area you will find a a TV, video, DVD and CD player along with videos, DVDs, books and CDs for your enjoyment. The kitchen/dining area contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. There is much to keep our younger visitors entertained including toddlers toys and games, as well as adult jigsaws and games for our older visitors. The bungalows are in a car free area, with private parking space just outside the enclosed grounds. It makes it really safe for children to enjoy playing without the worry of passing cars.
