Smugglers Steps offers two beautifully appointed self catering apartments within a historic house dating from around 1760. Apartment One sleeps up to 5 guests whilst Appartment Two accommodates 7. Together the two spacious apartments can accommodate a large group of 12 guests. The apartments are decorated to the highest standards. Both are fully self contained and non-smoking and are located within a conservation area in Ilfracombe's old town area.

Ilfracombe's delightful harbour is a mere 100m from the property and the town centre is just 200m distant. A well behaved dog is welcome in both properties and most local pubs welcome dogs. Short breaks for 3 night stays are available out of season. Guests benefit from fully inclusive free electricity, a free parking permit with full week bookings only and free family entrance to Ilfracombe's spectacular Tunnels Beach.

Rooms Description

Two self contained apartments. On the first floor APARTMENT 1 sleeps upto 5, with 2 bedrooms, one of which has a modern four poster bed. Fully fitted kitchen, tastefully furnished lounge with TV, DVD & CD. Sofa in lounge converts to extra double bed. On the second floor APARTMENT 2 sleeps up to 7, contemporary furnishings, inclusive of two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, large family bathroom, living room with TV, CD & DVD systems. Off the lounge is a comfy snug ideal as childrens sitting/play area. Outdoors is sun trap roof terrace.
