The barn is located on the Templar Way, which is a spectacular walk from Dartmoor to Shaldon, along the River Teign. There is also a supermarket and a river side pub less than a 5 minute drive from the barn.

The huge living room runs the entire length of the property and has 2 seating areas with an LCD flat screen TV with sky package, DVD player and stereo.
