Three star self catering holiday accommodation for up to four people on a carp fishery close to Shillingford in the beautiful Devon countryside. The fishery is set in twelve acres and there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen including kingfishers, tree creepers, owls, peregrines and sparrow hawks, to name but a few. The fishery is close to the towns of Bampton and Dulverton where visitors will find all the amenities they are likely to need, including convenience stores, post office, bank, butchers shop, pubs and restaurants. Exmoor National Park lies within easy reach, as does the breathtaking Devon coastline with its plunging cliffs and sheltered bays.

The lodge itself is well equipped and in the lounge there is ample comfortable seating, along with TV, DVD/video, stereo and games, including swing ball to keep the children happy. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a corner bath with shower and outside there is a private garden with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing on those long summer's evenings.

Specialities

Babies cots and bedding is included free of charge. Dogs are welcome at a small additional cost. There are three fishing lakes stocking Carp, Tench to 8lb, Roach,Perch and Crucians to 3lb. The family carp lake stocks carp up to 15lb.
