The Beeches is a modern home offering spacious and comfortable guest accommdation just a ten minute walk from the town centre and beach. Dawlish has plenty for all the family, the long beach is perfect for playing or a long stroll and there is a park with a river,perfect for relaxing on those nny days. The seaside town of Dawlish is an excellent base from which to explore places like Paignton, Dartmoor, Exeter and Exmouth - all of which can be easily reached by car, bus or train.

We extend a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests, and we hope you have a relaxed and pleasant stay. Start the day with a full English breakfast served in our dining room or out on the terrace, weather permitting. The Beeches have a choice of double and twin rooms available, each equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and digital TV. Two rooms enjoy a sea view to the rear. We regret that we are unable to cater for children under the age of 8. No pets please. Strictly no smoking.
