A modern detached and spacious private house set back off the road, offering Bed and Breakfast accommodaton in quiet surroundings yet close to Central Park. You can park your car safely here within the gated front drive or even use the large integral double garage if necessary. We are close to bus routes into the City or to Derriford Hospital if you want to leave your car behind. Just 10 minutes to the City Centre. From here you can easily get to Cornwall on the A38 or to business parks, city restaurants and local beauty spots. We have disabled access and the stairs have special hand-rails for easy ascent and descent.

For Plymouth Argyle football fans or Home Park concert goers we are the closest B&B. For Derriford Hospital, Plymouth University or the Medical School we are only 10 minutes away: similarly for Plymouth Pavilions and the Barbican. And if you wish to travel further afield then we are an ideal jumping off point for Cornwall, Devon and the Southwest.
