The Manor Inn is a free house offering bed and breakfast accommodation in the Dartside village of Galmpton. The inn was taken over by a consortium of locals in 2006 to provide a real local pub with quality guest accommodation, serving the needs of the local community. The pub provides a safe and friendly environment for local youngsters to gain work experience and offers a range of locally sourced, freshly prepared meals. Delicious meals are accompanied by a decent wine list and a range of well kept beers to suit all tastes.

Galmpton is a historic village that nestles between the popular seaside resorts of Torbay and the beautiful Dart Valley. There is a golf club just up the road whilst at the bottom of the village lies Galmpton Creek on the widest part of the River Dart providing tidal moorings, boat storage and a slipway. The village has many amenities including hairdresser, butcher, general store, post office and small chandlery. A regular bus service departs the village for the nearby beaches each day. We are extremely proud of our luxurious en-suite guest rooms and, as the building is old and quirk, no two rooms are the same. Each is complete with TV and DVD and tea and coffee making facilities.
