A charming Victorian villa offerinfg B&B set in spacious grounds leading directly to the promenade and Torre Abbey sands in the resort of Torquay, Devon.
The Allerdale Hotel is a Victorian villa built in the 1850s for an admiral. The hotel is nestled in spacious gardens which lead directly to the promenade and Torre Abbey sands. Guests of the hotel can enjoy the best of both worlds, a quiet location just a few minutes walk away from Torquay's many amenities, including the English Riviera Conference Centre. There is a large south facing lounge which looks out over the gardens, providing the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good book. In addition to this there is also the comfortable bar where you can enjoy a quiet drink and meet your fellow guests. A free snooker table is available for your use. Guests are more than welcome to sit out in the garden or enjoy a drink in the sunshine out on the patio.
