The seafront is just a short walk away and from there a leisurely stroll along the palm lined promenade will take you past the beautiful Princess Gardens and lead you to the marina, Princess Theatre, Living Coasts and many other amenities and attractions. There are an abundance of walks waiting to be enjoyed in the local area, including the well known South West Coastal Path and more leisurely Babbacombe Downs.

The resort has much to offer, spend some time wandering around the unique shops of the harbour sides or enjoy browsing the high street shops of the Fleet Walk Shopping Centre and the Pavillion. There are a great many places to eat out within easy reach of the bed and breakfast and a range of theme bars and nightclubs to suit all tastes. For those who love the water there are ample opportunities for sailing and water sports as well as sea and freshwater fishing nearby.

All of our comfortable en-suite guest rooms are individually decorated with co-ordinating furnishings and come complete with beverage making facilities,Colour television,soft white towels and complimentary toiletries. We offer a choice of Double, twin or family rooms. For that special occasion we also have a four poster double.

Specialities

Half board basis available. We can offer you 3 courses of freshly prepared, home cooked food, using local produce where possible. Travel cot and high chairs are available. The guest house is totally non smoking throughout. Vegetarian and most other dietary requirements can be catered for.
