Coombeshead Farm is a non-working farm standing in a most attractive, unspoilt rural setting with far reaching views over its own ground and surrounding countryside to the landmark Haldon Belvedere Tower. The nearby Teign Valley is a popular area with a number of pretty villages providing numerous local pubs and it is less than 2 miles to the boundary of the Dartmoor National Park. The property is situated about 1 mile from Chudleigh which has a good range of local amenities including shops and pubs. The cathedral city of Exeter provides a more extensive range of facilities. There are pet goats and pigs in the orchard, and swings for the children.

The Cottages have been converted from a large L-shaped stone barn. Every effort has been made to retain the character and atmosphere of the original building whilst providing every comfort and convenience. All the Cottages have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and electric shower. The sitting-rooms have colour TV. The kitchens are equipped with refrigerators, electric cookers, microwave ovens, washing machines and a comprehensive range of utensils. There is also an outdoor barbecue area etc. Bed linen and towels provided.
