A warm welcome awaits you at our spacious, family run, completely non smoking hotel which is ideally situated in the centre of Paignton on the English Riviera in South Devon. We are 20 yards from the towns main coach and multi storey car park and the train station is just a 400 yard level walk away. We can offer a limited number of reserved parking places if booked in advance.

Paignton seafront with its famous red sandy beach and its extensive greens are only 100 yards away from our front door and are an ideal safe area for children and adults to play and relax away from traffic. The town centre with its many national and local shops is only 400 yards away from us and can be reached by a nice scenic level walk through the safety of Victoria Park. The park has a children's play area with swings, climbing frames etc. as well as a small stream with two duck ponds and several large grassed areas with ample seating throughout. The main park entrance is located right opposite our front door.
