We have private parking available and are ideally situated only about 5-10 minute walk from the sea front, town centre and the famous blue flag Tunnel Beaches. The Dorchester is an ideal touring base from which to enjoy the sheer beauty of the North Devon Coastline and Exmoor National Park. The stunning sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are just a 5-10 minute drive away and popular with surfers and families.

Ilfracombe is an attractive town with plenty of entertainment for visitors of all ages. Guests will find the theatre, golf, tennis, horse riding, quad biking, and fishing within easy reach, all of which i would be happy to arrange and pre-book for you. The Lundy passenger ferry departs from Ilfracombe harbour on a regular basis, and at The Dorchester i am happy to prepare you an early breakfast to cater for this, or any other excursions. Packed lunches for your days out are available upon request. I prepare all meals fresh using delicious fresh local produce and are only too happy to cater for special diets.
