Centrally located in a quiet area of Lynton within a few minutes level walk of restaurants, shops, post office, churches, Tourist Information Centre and a lovely local cinema. Yet is just 5 minutes walk from the stunning Valley of Rocks and the highest cliffs in England.

Fernleigh is a modern, bright, detached, purpose built Guest House maintained to a very high standard. All the stairs are wide and easy rise. There is a boot park, a generous reception area and a lovely guests' lounge. All this is complimented by a large level car park for all our guests where everybody can come and go without disturbing the other cars. This is overlooked by a large balcony where you can sit outside. We have a selection twin, double and family rooms all en-suite, and equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV. All rooms are thermastatically centrally heated.
