Superb farmhouse breakfast locally sourced where possible including home made jams and marmalades. Fresh pink grapefruit are usually served at breakfast or choose from a selection of cereals. Bacon and sausages from our local award winning butcher, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and fried bread are the main course. The dining room has views of the woods of Killerton. There is a delightful garden with sitting areas to enjoy the scents of flowers and listen to the birdsong. Seeds and cuttings are sometimes available for guests to take home as a reminder of their holiday. Within easy drive of local villages with country pubs for meals.

Situated in attractive peaceful area of Devon overlooking the woodlands of Killerton (National Trust) yet only 7 miles from Exeter. We are close to the University with easy access to all parts of Exeter. Ideally placed for business travellers (early breakfasts from 7 am if required) Ideally situated for touring the West Country '` north and south coasts, Dartmoor , Exmoor and even the Eden Project and Heligan can be visited in a day. Lots of visitor attractions within an easy drive i.e. Crealy Park , Diggerland, Quad World and many others. Westpoint, the Devon County Showground is about 12 miles. Farmers markets and farm shops are plentiful with supplies for picnics and goodies to take home.
