The Haytor Hotel is located just 300 metres from the harbour and central Torquay where you will find all the best restaurants Torquay has to offer. A short stroll in the opposite direction brings you to the award winning Meadfoot Beach and the coastal paths with magnificent views. Torquay is perhaps the best known of the resorts making up what is known as the English Riviera and the hotel is superbly placed for enjoying all that the town and harbour has to offer. Further afield guests could venture into Paignton and visit the National Marine Aquarium, Paignton Zoo, or take a beautiful scenic drive around the area.
Rooms Description
All of the rooms in the Haytor Hotel were refurbished to a high standard in 2008-2009. Our Premier and Superior rooms can be found on the ground and first floors,double rooms can be found on the ground, first and second floors whilst the single rooms are situated on the second floor and have glimpses of the sea and town. All rooms are fully ensuite. Each room has digital flat screen televisions encorporating freeview and radio, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary mineral water and luxury Aromatherapy toiletries. Ground and first floor rooms also have telephones and the hotel's broadband wireless network extends throughout the hotel to all rooms at no charge to our guests.
Specialities
In keeping with the calm and peaceful ambiance of the hotel, we do not accept guests under the age of twelve years. For the comfort and safety of all guests, the accommodation is fully non smoking throughout.

Directions
From the end of the M5 (Southbound) follow the A38 towards Plymouth. After a couple of minutes the road divides. Take the left fork signposted A380 Torquay. When approaching Torquay, take the A3022 and follow signs for the Seafront/Harbour. When you arrive at the seafront, turn left (onto Torbay Road) with the sea on your right. Drive along the seafront past the Princess Theatre. Turn left at the first roundabout and follow the road round to the right past the harbour. At the next roundabout (with the Clocktower) turn left, following the signs for Meadfoot. After 100 metres turn right at the traffic lights and follow Meadfoot Road (behind the former church) for another 200 metres. The Haytor Hotel will be on your right.
