Lower Campscott Farm is a working farm situated in the beautiful Fuchsia Valley near Ilfracombe. Guests benefit from easy access to the idyllic North Devon Coast and North Devon hotspots such as Barnstaple. The farm offers a superb selection of self catering holiday accommodation including holiday cottages, holiday home, luxury lodges and camping. We're the ideal base from which to explore the splendour and diversity of North Devon.We have a wonderful holiday home called Larchtree set in its own private garden offering magnificent views of the sea. There is also a designated camping area for tents and caravans at the farm, with shower and laundry rooms close by. Breakfast and Evening meals are available!

Other accommodation available includes Fuchsia and Hydrangea, both lovely holiday cottages accommodating up to four guests. The Stable cottage is the farm's original stable, which has been converted into a very pleasant cottage accommodating up to four guests. The Granary is the largest of our cottages and is very attractive, surrounded by wonderful trees and accommodating up to six guests. All holiday cottages are well equipped, offering spacious lounges, colour televisions, fully equipped kitchens and superb bathrooms.All our holiday properties are NON SMOKING

Rooms Description

We have three superior lodges, Holly Lodge has views across the farmland to the sea. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and has a bathroom and shower room. Birchtree Lodge, set in it's own private garden, has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 plus a cot. Firtree Lodge, new for 2007, sleeps 4 in a en-suite double and a twin bedroom, main bathroom and large lounge/dining area. The sparate kitchen is fully equiped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It is possible to watch the sun setting in the sea from the decking around the lodge.
