Malston Mill Farm is a unique venue offering a range of four star self-catering cottages beside a private fishing lake in a rural South Devon holiday complex. Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Totnes and Dartmoor are all just a short drive from Malston Mill. Malston Mill is renowned as a fishing venue for all the family, set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The one-acre lake is stocked with large specimen Carp, tench and Rudd (record 28lbs!). There are also some huge trout for the fly fisherman. Fishing is free of charge, with a maximum of two rods per person.

Malston Mill Farm Holiday Cottages

All six cottages are luxuriously and individually furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Original features including millstones, mill workings, old oak beams and exposed stone and brickwork have been retained. Tasteful use of fabrics and furnishings abound. Four day short fishing breaks are available off-season and all enquires are welcome. Pets regrettably are not allowed. Leisure facilities are superb and include a galleried games area with skittles, table tennis and darts, and the snooker/pool room with its Western saloon feel complete with veranda and rocking chairs. There is a a fitness room and infra-red sauna and approximately a 30ft x 17ft indoor swimming pool which has a Gothic timbered ceiling and an upper gallery feature. The pool is heated and open all year for the exclusive use of resident guests.

Rooms Description

Cottage description- Luxurious 4 star accommodation. Six individually furnished Cottages of the highest standard sleep from 2 to 6 people (total of only 21 in total) with four poster bedrooms, log fires/log burners in some of the cottages. Each cottage has full fitted kitchen including microwave, electric cooker and hob and a fridge with small freezer compartment. A larger freezer is available for your use. Every property has colour TV/Video/DVD. Towels and linen are included and there is a shared laundry.
