Swallow Barn is nearly 100 years old. It is set in the heart of the farm, as an annex to the farmhouse. It was converted during 2002 and finally finished in the November. We have retained many of the original features, including the old exposed beams. All the bedrooms have a double and a single bed, and are en-suite, with a toilet, basin and shower. They are tastefully decorated, in a simple country cottage theme.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, with stable doors leading out onto the patio, where there is substantial wooden garden furniture, where you can enjoy an evening drink and while away the time. Upstairs are a further four bedrooms, which have retained the original character of the building, with exposed beams. Two of these rooms are adjoining with a connecting door. With the other two having a double and two single beds each.

Rooms Description

All of the bedrooms are well appointed with colour television, clock radio, a tea and coffee hospitality tray, hairdryer, plenty of storage space, and a comfortable seating area, with chairs and table. Swallow Barn is a No Smoking building

Specialities

We offer packed lunches, if ordered the night before, at an extra charge (If we have suitable items available). There is a storage area available for surfboards and bicycles. Dogs are welcome on the farm, but they cannot stay in the B&B. We will provide a stable to sleep in if they would be happy to use it. They must be kept on a lead, and cleaned up after, at all times.
