Welcome to the Partridge Arms Farm bed and breakfast. This cosy and traditional B&B was once a Coaching Inn and boasts a rustic and charming residents lounge. Here you can stay in one of our various rooms ranging from doubles, twins and family rooms or if you are planning a romantic break, our four poster room is the ideal choice. You are sure to enjoy your stay at this historic Devon long house where you will find we offer genuine hospitality. Call today to book.

We offer 3 double en-suite rooms, three twin en-suite rooms, a family en-suite room and a double non en-suite room. Tea and coffee is provided. Rooms include a TV, Hi Fi, and video player. Laundry and ironing facilities are available. Cots available on arrangement.

We're located in the foothills of Exmoor and situated on a 200 acre working farm. If you enjoy outdoor exploring you can take advantage of our location on The Two Moors Way and fishing facilities in the local vicinity. On a nice summer’s day why not enjoy a drink in our garden with picnic tables, from here you can take in views of the stunning countryside. In the evening you can sample some of our delicious farmhouse fayre which an optional evening meal available.

Pets are very welcome and the surrounding area is excellent for dog walking. Enjoy exploring the 200 acres of surrounding farmland or stroll along the nearby old railway line. Exmoor, Anstey Common and Molland Common are all also nearby and you can also exercise dogs at nearby Tarr Steps.
