The Richmond Guesthouse in Paignton is a delightful, small, friendly guesthouse with seven rooms and a superb new spa bath facility. Most rooms have been recently refurbished and have had en-suite facilities added. We operate a no smoking policy throughout the B&B for the comfort of all and the premises are protected by CCTV for your peace of mind. We're ideally situated in Paignton just off the sea front, only 120 level metres from the beach and Paignton Pier. The town centre is just a ten minute walk away with its local shopping centre, restaurants and bars.

Now available for guest use is our brand new Spa area. This is a six seater and is enclosed in its own Patio Area, surrounded by lights, tables and chairs. The Spa is the ideal setting for a relaxing spa and drink. We also have a sauna for guest to use all for a small charge. Guests will love our extensive Breakfast menu, which includes a Full English breakfast. Free car parking is also conveniently on-site.
