Recently renovated throughout, the guest house is family run offering the highest standards of comfort. The property is graded four stars with Silver Award and sits a mere two miles from Regency coastal town Sidmouth with its stunning gardens and clean safe beaches. The World Heritage Jurassic Coast and East Devon are within easy reach of the property and the East Devon Way runs through the village, making us a perfect walking holiday base.

Open all year round, Rose Cottage is non smoking throughout and guests have unrestricted access throughout their stay with front entrance key provided. Delicious Full English breakfasts and buffet are served in our charming dining room. Evening dinner is also available to guests, with the finest home cooking using local produce served. Sample menus include Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup, Local Roast Beef with Yorkshire Puddings and Lyme Bay Crab Salad. Vegetarian and special diets are happily catered for. The guest house is unsuitable for children under 5 years and we do not cater for pets.
