The Sea Trout Inn is an idyllic, traditional Devon Inn situated in the delightful rural surroundings of the Dart Valley near Totnes. Bedrooms are all en-suite, with a cottage style decor. Fine dining, superb wines and Devon real ales are on the menu in our 2-AA Rosette and 2 RAC Blue Ribbon restaurant. The restaurant overlooks our pleasant patio gardens where guests can dine alfresco on warm summer days. In winter enjoy traditional open log fires. Stunning, unspoilt riverside walks are nearby, and historic Totnes with it's castle and excellent specialist arts and crafts shops is within easy reach. Visit nearby Buckfast Abbey, Pennywell Farm, The Otter Sanctuary or one of the many National Trust properties. Ample golf courses and other outdoor pursuits such as fishing are also available.

Guests dining at the Inn may choose from our elegant restaurant, with attentive service and a choice of two or three course set dinner menu which changes daily and incorporates many seasonal dishes. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes. Alternatively, choose our more informal setting and dine in the relaxing and leisurely atmosphere of our bars or even, on warm summer days, outside in our attractive patio garden. Here you will find an extensive menu ranging from light snacks to full main meals, including our ever-popular "Specials Board". Vegetarian dishes are always available. We are renowned for the quality of our meat dishes and the local fish that is landed at Brixham. Our sausages, bacon, poultry, as well as several cheeses, are all produced on nearby farms.
