A charming bed and breakfast situated on a working farm in the heart of a Devon Valley with beautiful views over open countryside towards the sea. The working farm has Aberdeen Angus cows and calves, sheep, ponies and chickens, giving interest to children and adults alike. We actively encourage our guests to make the most of our beautiful farm by walking across the land and into small woods, which are a haven for wildlife. We are also creating a series of ponds, which are in their early stages.

The house is of a modern character, yet the lounge has exposed beams and an open fireplace with woodburner. The breakfast room is large and light and benefits from the morning sun, and looks out over the front garden, giving you an appetite for our extensive breakfast menu, which will set you up for the day.
