Superb Devon walking territory surrounds the properties, with a choice of scenic walks easily accessed from the apartments. Mortehoe, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Lynton, Croyde, Clovelly and Exmoor are all within easy driving distance. Each holiday apartment has access to either a decking balcony or patio area. Southover Beach also has private car parking space available free to each apartment. (You won't need to move your car whilst in Woolacombe). All apartments are fully equipped for self-catering and are south facing.

At Southover Apartments....... All our self-catering holiday apartments in Woolacombe are south facing and all have their own separate entrance. Guests can expect stunning sea views and a decking balcony. There is a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom holiday accommodation available. Each holiday apartment has been newly refurbished and includes modern fully fitted kitchens, full central heating and instant hot water, luxury lounge and dining areas, modern LCD flat screen TV with freesat and DVD and all bedrooms include fine linen and duvets, fully fitted modern bathrooms and some with en-suite bathroom. Children are welcome and cots are available on request. Some bedrooms benefit from balconies affording spectacular sea views over Woolacombe's award winning blue flag beach.

The eight stylish and contemporary Southover Beach Apartments include a 2 person open plan penthouse, a spiral staircase duplex with large balcony and it's own private Gas BBQ, 2 to 4 and 4 to 6 person en-suite units and our family garden apartment which can sleep 6 to 8. Most properties benefit from French windows to a balcony or patio overlooking the beach. The design offers deluxe open plan living, stylish leather sofas, LCD flat screen TV, freesat, DVD, S/Sound High spec, fully fitted Kitchens, King size beds and luxury en-suite bath and shower rooms, a 6 person Steam Room, secure surf wet/dry store, gas BBQs, own balconies and patios plus a massive communal garden all with amazing full-length beach views. Digitally controlled central heating is inclusive, and the apartments are open all year round. Private Parking and security intercom entrance is also inclusive.
