The Brookfield is one of the oldest properties in Braunton and dates back to 1798, when it was built by a wealthy gentleman farmer. The Brookfield is now under new ownership and has been renovated and refurbished in contemporary style from top to bottom. It now operates as a luxury guest house offering bed and breakfast accommodation only. The guest house is superbly located just 600 metres from the centre of the village with it's shops, pubs and restaurants.

The property has its own private car park at the front and has storage facilities for surf boards, bicycles, golf clubs and trolleys. We can also charge up your electric trolley batteries. Breakfast is served in our modern, bright and airy dining room where guests have a choice of fruit, cereals, full English breakfast and toast. Vegetarian options are available by prior arrangement.We have a choice of standard and deluxe single, twin, double and king size en-suite rooms. Each is equipped with flat screen television with freeview, coffee and tea making facilities, digital radio alarm and hair dryer.
