Three Gates Farm is a glorious self catering rural retreat close to Exmoor, and offers guests a choice of 5 superb self-catering converted barn cottages sleeping from 2-6 guests. The cottages are part of a converted 17th century farm, and benefit from an idyllic countryside surround, combined with easy access to the M5. The five stone barn cottages include The Smithy (sleeps 6), The Long Barn (sleeps 5/6), The Granary (4), Pooks Corner (4) and cosy Ducks End (sleeps 2). All properties have been renovated in keeping with their original style and are situated in two acres of grounds, with a pond, childrens play area, indoor games, a sauna, fitness room and a superb indoor heated swimming pool.

The barns are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including colour televisions, videos, dishwashers, refrigerators, electric cookers, microwaves, full kitchen equipment and accessories and are supplied with natural filtered spring water. Cots and high chairs are available and electricity, linen, towels, and the use of the laundry room are supplied free of charge. We welcome well behaved dogs, but they must be kept on leads and not left alone in the cottages. An extra charge is made to cover the cost of carpet cleaning.
