The cottage sits with a beautiful garden with sweeping views over the River Axe Valley in East Devon. All amenities are close by, including the village's 16th Century Thatched Inn which is only 200 yards away and supermarkets nearby in Chard and Axminster. Further afield are the County towns of Yeovil, Exeter and Taunton, and guests have easy access to the stunning Jurassic Coastline and Lyme Regis.

The cottage itself is comfortable and attractively appointed with central heating throughout, a large bedroom with king-size bed, a dining area, conservatory, fully fitted kitchen and power-shower bathroom. The cottage faces south/south west. The spacious cottage garden with secluded lawn is the perfect spot to relax, watching the squirrels and birds. Garden furniture is provided for you. Guests also benefit from ample off road parking and there are pleasant signposted local walks. Lyme Regis, Branscombe, Seaton and Sidmouth with their beaches and coastal paths are all easily accessed from the cottage and there is also convenient access to Dartmoor.
