Coulscott is surrounded by miles of fabulous walks and beautiful beaches and is the perfect place to unwind. Safe and clean beaches just a short car ride away include Saunton, Croyde, and award winning blue flag Woolacombe beach. Five exclusive properties are available, with use of a deluxe private indoor heated swimming pool. Coulscott is conveniently just a mile from Combe Martin village, the Tarka Trail and the South West Coastal Path. The wonders of Exmoor National Park are less than half a mile from our gates.

Our Georgian property has exclusive use of its own private spa tub, and our beautiful indoor heated pool is available from early morning to evening and kept at a minimum of 80 degrees. Included in the rental is oil fired central heating during the winter months, hot water, bed linen, house and pool towels (bring your own for the beach) use of our indoor pool and a generous electric allowance. Complimentary travel cots and high chairs are available, but we do not provide cot bedding or infant towels. All properties are equipped with satellite televisions, video and DVD players. Benefitting from its own private water supply you will find Nutcombe Spring bottled water served in many pubs and restaurants. A selection of books and indoor and outdoor games are available for our younger guests. All properties are non smoking and we welcome well behaved dogs.
