Ilfracombe's spectacular climate and sandy beaches are a good place to start when exploring. There is excellent surfing at Woolacombe and you can walk your dog along the magnificent local clifftops. The adventurous can enjoy horse riding, quad biking and paint balling, while people who enjoy a slower pace can try golf or take a sailing trip to Lundy Island on the MS Oldenburg. We can help you book fishing or diving holidays.

Rooms Description

We have 8 bedrooms and can cater to double, family, twin or single requirements. We offer freeview, free WIFI and are non smoking. We have a guest lounge with large flat screen TV, comfortable sofas, views of Capstone Hill and Boots the parrot. Eat a choice of breakfast in our attractive dining room then repair to the games room, adjacent to our traditional style bar. During summer months there is also a decked veranda space with garden seating, to enjoy a long cool drink in the glow of dusk.

Specialities

We are dog friendly (see our T&C) and can cater for special diets and vegetarians by prior arrangement. There is free WIFI on offer throughout the hotel and we are family friendly; travel cots and baby listening equipment is available at no extra charge. We have a portable hearing loop for people with hearing difficulties and there is wheelchair access to our main entrance and ground floor room, but unfortunately not our games room, dining room or bar. Unfortunately we do not have a lift. We are no smoking.
