We have a little something for children of all ages with two play areas - including an adult sized tramopline with safety net, climbing wall, slides, many ball games - such as football, basketball, cricket, volleyball and even kites to fly. Plus 42 acres of woodland and pasture to roam and 6 lakes stocked with mirror carp, common carp, leather, carp, ghost carp, roach, rudd, bream, tench and perch. All of our 8 self-catering cottages are graded 4 STARS by the English Tourist Council thus offering comfort of an exceptionally high standard. Sleeping from as little as 2 to as many as 12, Newbarn Farm can offer flexible accommodation to suit your individual holiday requirements. All guests receive full corporate membership for a nearby leisure centre (only 1 mile away) which includes free unlimited use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room and full equipped gym. Lambs frequent the farm's pastures from early spring to mid summer, pigs can be seen foraging outside amongst the free range chickens in summer and the whole area is abundant with wildlife!
