Exclusive game fishing is available, and pets are considered by prior arrangement. The house is approached down its own drive, and benefits from ample parking for 5 cars. Hatswell is in the heart of the Devon countryside, and a real escape/retreat yet with easy access, about 15 minutes, to J27 of the M5. Should you want to explore further a field then all of Devon is within easy reach, including cathedral city Exeter, which is less than half an hour away by car. The gentle family beach resorts of the South coast and the rugged surfing beaches of the North coast are less than an hour's drive. Hatswell is well placed for two National Parks, Dartmoor and Exmoor, which both offer superb scenery and walking.

Hatswell Meadows is a spacious and deluxe house in a tranquil, rural setting. The property is ideal for those who like just messing about on the river!! Guests have free access to our private water meadows that border the River Exe. Prime game fishing can be had in season (E.A. License required) from our stretch of water that includes 7 named pools. However this idyllic location is a holiday not just for the anglers in the family but for everyone who loves the countryside and just messing about around the river.
