Our estate offers several leisure facilities, including tennis and croquet lawns, a games room, swimming pools, a hot tub and private fishing. We are 5-10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Instow and Westward Ho! The Royal North Devon golf club is ten minutes away and kids will love the Milky Way theme park. Newly weds might enjoy perusing Dartington Crystal, a Factory with tours and breathtaking demonstrations of crystal blowing and a factory shop with discounted glassware.

Beaconside House has 8 bedrooms, including 4 double bedrooms, all en-suite, 3 twin rooms (1 en-suite) and a bunk bedroom. 2 of the rooms have an extra single bed. There are two further family bathrooms. Each holiday cottage is both cosy and chic. The cottages feature flagstones, wood burning stoves, CH, TV, DVD, well equipped kitchens, WIFI and Sky. Each boast their own private patio area with garden furniture and patio heaters, within a delightful walled garden which incorporates the outdoor heated pool.
